DOUBLE MARGIN DRILLS - ITP Tool's double margin drills are designed for close-tolerance drilling in hard aerospace materials such as titanium, stainless steel and aluminum alloys. 

Double margin drills have a second margin ground behind the main margin. The trailing margin burnishes the cavity, making a true hole and smoother finish while providing a more accurate, rounder drilled hole and frequently eliminating the need for reaming. Jobber length double margin drills, piloted double margin drills, 6" extension double margin drills, stove burner double margin drills and cobalt threaded shank double margin drills are available in a variety of sizes.
